Game of Life through its relationship with Nutmeg Golf offers extensive knowledge of the golf game combined with an uncanny ability
through its clubmaking skills to evaluate a golfer from both perspectives and design a game plan that makes golf more enjoyable while
maximizing on the students natural abilities.
Unlike other golf programs, Nutmeg subscribes to both the Traditional swing method
along with the Natural Golf swing method. The adopting of dual methods is based on over 30 years of teaching people of all abilities. We feel this is a prudent approach to instruction since our goal is more about assisting a golfer to more understand and enjoy the
game along with increasing their abilities.
What makes Nutmeg different from the others? Each student is given a written
practice evaluation that is kept on file by our instructors. If we make your clubs or make adjustments to your existing equipment,
we also keep your specs on file. While we do not believe clubs are the answer, we do believe properly fitted clubs are an integral
part of a golfer’s success.
Bill Carlucci’s Life and Golf Tips has earned him the reputation over the years of “The Golf Guy”. His tips have spread world-wide via the internet and as a result, golf fellowships have been started throughout the US and as far
as Hong Kong. Bill attended the Professional Golfers Association, P.G.A’s teaching school in 1974 where he began the development
of his teaching methods under the tutelage of Dr. Gary Wiren and Bill Strasbaugh. He is also one of the pioneers of modern custom
club fitting and design. Bill began making custom clubs in 1978, and his Connecticut workshop not only has some of today’s most sophisticated
equipment necessary to create clubs, but also has many of the original traditional workbench tools reminiscent of a past era. His gifts of teaching and clubmaking provide students with a combination that is unmatched. Bill has also developed and improved
upon many of today’s most popular swing aids to further enhance his student’s development.
Here’s what some of his students have
to say…
“I had taken lessons before just working on my swing and didn't know much about the other parts of the game. Then I started taking lessons from Bill and the thing I appreciate the most about Bill's approach is learning about the game of golf. He provides great instruction but also provides videos and aids to help with all facets of the game. The aids go a long way to help me create a muscle memory as well. My son came home from college on a break and asked if we could hit golf balls so we went. This was only the third time this summer I had gone to hit golf balls but he was really impressed with the progress I had made and how well I was hitting. Thanks Bill.”

"Bill is a fantastic instructor...His vast knowledge and experience is applied in a very patient but focused set of
interactive training sessions which have dramatically improved my results and approach to the entire game."
John Dischinger
“Bill’s analogies between the game of golf and game of life are striking, and G.O.L.F. effectively articulates those analogies and applies them to the spiritual
development of all those who want to know and understand more about
both games. Game of Life Foundation is an outstanding and effective outreach ministry!”
